Kauai 2012

I love traveling and explore and understanding different cultures.  One of my favorite places is Kauai.

5 months into our relationship, Cuong and I took a romantic trip to Hawaii.  First time for both of us and the Kauai island was definitely a quiet island which we knew was more our style. We wanted to see nature and be in it and Kauai made us fall in love with Hawaii hard.  We will be back! Pictures are worth a thousand words so here's some photos!

Overall, a wonderful trip we highly recommend.  This was very relaxing, beautiful, and fun.  Besides the luau, we hiked 8 miles on the Hanakapiai Trail, relaxed on many beaches, and ate lots of good shaved iced!  Must have mac nut in the bottom of your shaved ice.  We noticed it makes such a big difference and some places do not do this.
